Adipose Fat-Derived
Stem Cell Therapy
(SVF/ADSC)

Harness the ultimate power of autologous tissue
introduction

What is adipose fat-derived stem cell therapy?

Your own fat tissue is one of the richest known sources of adult stem cells. A single gram of adipose tissue contains between 50 and 500 times more regenerative cells than the equivalent volume of bone marrow, which makes fat an exceptionally practical starting point for autologous stem cell treatment.
SVF (stromal vascular fraction) is a heterogeneous cell population that includes ADSCs, endothelial progenitor cells, pericytes, and growth factor-secreting support cells to actively drive collagen production, vascularisation, and local immune modulation.
Because cells come from your own body, there is no rejection risk and no compatibility screening required.

Processing in our certified clean-room lab

Once collected, the fat aspirate undergoes a two-stage processing protocol. First, a high-performance fully automated SVF extraction system separates the stromal vascular fraction from the adipose tissue. Our specialist physicians then personally oversee precise adipose-derived stem cell extraction and quality verification inside our on-site MFDS-compliant clean-room facility.
Process 01
High-Performance Fully Automated SVF Extraction System
View Skin Clinic operates a 4th-generation fully automated cell extraction system, which is one of the highest-performing SVF isolation platforms available in Korea. The system processes 30 to 400ml of adipose aspirate to accommodate a wide range of treatment protocols. A closed-system design minimises contamination risk throughout the extraction process, while dual SVF extraction allows the preparation to be applied across multiple indications in a single session.
  • Reduced consumable costs and processing time — improved cost efficiency
  • Consistent cell recovery rate — uniform treatment quality across sessions
  • Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) certified medical device
Process 02
Specialist Physician-Led Adipose Stem Cell Extraction
Working from the SVF preparation produced by the automated extraction system, View Skin Clinic’s specialist physicians personally oversee the precise isolation and quality verification of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs). The combination of automated processing and physician expertise ensures optimal cell viability and therapeutic consistency at every stage.
  • Specialist physicians directly supervise every extraction stage — dual quality verification
  • Sub-threshold preparations are never administered — patient safety is the priority
  • Collection to administration completed on-site, same day — no external transfer
Quality Control Every batch undergoes a three-stage check: cell count and viability testing → sterility assessment per MFDS advanced biologic standards → release criteria verification. Preparations that do not meet the minimum viable cell count are not administered.
clinical applications

Treatment applications

Adipose fat stem cell therapy Korea patients receive at View is applied across several clinical indications, selected on the basis of individual assessment and published evidence.
01

Systemic Health Restoration

Intravenous infusion of adipose-derived stem cells is used as a supportive intervention for patients seeking to address systemic decline associated with ageing, prolonged stress, or general health deterioration. ADSCs secrete a broad range of growth factors and cytokines that circulate systemically, supporting cellular repair and tissue homeostasis throughout the body. Treatment is subject to individual eligibility assessment and conducted under strict clinical monitoring.

02

Systemic Anti-Aging and volume restoration

ADSCs combined with microfat or nanofat grafting support long-term volume maintenance while the paracrine activity of stem cells improves local skin quality, including texture, tone, and fine-line appearance, in the months following treatment. This is a preferred approach for patients seeking both structural volumisation and biological skin improvement in a single session.

Nanofat
Collagen Regeneration
03

Scalp & Hair

SVF injected into the scalp delivers growth factors including VEGF, IGF-1, and HGF directly to the follicular microenvironment. This approach is used as a standalone treatment or in combination with hair transplant procedures to support graft survival and native hair density.

Graft Survival
Diffuse Hair Thinning
03

Scar Improvement & Skin Regeneration

Intradermal or subdermal delivery of SVF or ADSC-conditioned preparations is used in patients seeking improvement in scar appearance and texture, including acne scarring, surgical scars, and post-procedural skin changes. Adipose-derived stem cells support collagen remodelling and help soften the structural irregularities of established scar tissue. Results develop progressively over eight to sixteen weeks.

synergistic protocols

Combining SVF with aesthetic treatments at View

One of the practical advantages of adipose fat stem cell therapy Korea practitioners at View offer is its compatibility with complementary aesthetic treatments. SVF and ADSC preparations can be layered with or sequenced alongside several of the clinic’s existing modalities. Combination protocols are designed case-by-case during your consultation.
01
Laser & Energy-Based Treatments
Fractional laser, RF, or HIFU prior to SVF creates a controlled wound-healing environment that may amplify stem cell activity. SVF before energy treatment primes the skin’s repair response for deeper remodelling.
02
Rejuran (PDRN)
Polynucleotide therapy and SVF share overlapping mechanisms — both support fibroblast activity and extracellular matrix regeneration. Sequential treatment addresses cellular and structural aspects of skin ageing within the same programme.
03
Exosome Therapy
Exosomes derived from stem cells share growth factor content with SVF. Combining exosome infusion with ADSC treatment may reinforce paracrine signalling — used in certain anti-aging protocols at View.
04
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
SVF combined with autologous PRP is a well-documented combination. Platelet-derived growth factors act synergistically with ADSCs to enhance tissue repair and extend biological activity of the treatment.

faq

Frequently asked questions

How is adipose stem cell therapy different from standard fat grafting?
Standard fat grafting transfers whole fat for volume. SVF/ADSC therapy concentrates the stem and progenitor cells, adding a biological regenerative component. The two can be combined — fat grafting enriched with SVF (cell-assisted lipotransfer, CAL) is an option available at View.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. Most patients report mild pressure during fat extraction rather than sharp pain. The donor site may feel sore for 3–5 days post-procedure — comparable to a mild sports injury. Oral analgesia is provided if needed.

Typically 30–100ml of aspirate, depending on the indication and protocol. This is significantly less than cosmetic liposuction and produces no visible contour change at the donor site in most patients.

Yes, in some protocols. ADSCs, hematopoietic stem cells, and bone marrow concentrate each work through different mechanisms and can be sequenced or combined for specific indications. Your physician will advise based on your goals and eligibility.
Skin quality improvements are generally sustained for 12–18 months before a maintenance session may be considered. Volume effects from combined fat grafting can persist for 2+ years. Scalp and hair results are assessed at 6 months to determine the need for a repeat treatment.
